Returning to the UK, Diane spent over 20 years at PPD, taking on increasing levels of responsibility across global project management roles. She worked across a wide range of therapeutic areas, including Hematology, Oncology, Cardiovascular, Rare Disease, and Cell and Gene Therapy. In her Vice President roles at PPD, Diane played a key part in growing the business and consistently delivering high-quality services for clients ranging from small biotech companies to major pharmaceutical organizations. Throughout her career, Diane has led cross-functional teams, built strategic partnerships, and driven operational excellence — all while keeping patient outcomes at the heart of every decision.
