Diane brings over 25 years of experience in CRO, pharma, and biotech environments. Her career began in academic research in the UK, studying the effects of psychoactive drugs on cognition and sleep, culminating in a PhD. She then led global psychiatry clinical development at Novartis in Basel, followed by 20+ years at PPD in VP roles across hematology, oncology, cardiovascular, rare disease, and cell & gene therapy. At QbD Group she leads the Clinical division, focusing on strengthening and scaling global clinical capabilities.
