Salma is currently making a significant impact as the Country Manager of QbD Austria, and we are excited to have her expertise and leadership at the QbD Group.
Salma brings a wealth of experience and an impressive track record in the field. As the founder of ex-Michor Consulting, she has successfully served high-profile clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Pfizer, and CSL Behring.
Beyond her extensive professional accomplishments, Salma is also an esteemed educator, teaching regulatory affairs and clinical strategies at the University of Krems, Austria. Her role as an independent expert to the European Commission and her membership on the RAPS European Board further underscore her influence and expertise in the field.
Salma’s academic background is equally impressive, holding a PhD in Bioengineering and an MSc in Food and Biotechnology from the University of Applied Life Sciences, Vienna. She also possesses an MSc in Food Technology from King’s College, University of London, an MBA from the Open University, and has earned the RAC (EU and Global). Her status as a Chartered Manager and a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute are testaments to her leadership and management skills.
