He began as a consultant in the life sciences industry, delivering projects in commissioning, qualification and validation. After several years in the field, he moved into business development, building his network and acquiring new clients across the Belgian and Dutch life sciences ecosystem. Today he leads the sales organisation within QbD Group, responsible for both the operational and strategic challenges of a growing company. In 2022, Wim became President of ISPE Belgium, the Belgian affiliate of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, a non-profit organisation focused on knowledge sharing and networking within the Belgian pharma and biotech industry.
