Project Managers in QbD’s Project Management Organization support companies with the deliverables they have requested in the form of a project.
This includes managing timelines, resources, and budgets, regularly updating the client on progress, and discussing any risks that may affect the project.
If life science companies do not have the specific knowledge to achieve a project goal, which is often the case, they call upon a dedicated Project Manager.
He or she will manage the steps necessary to achieve their goal. This goal may be to have a GMP compliant QMS, an MDR compliant technical file or a GAMP5 validated warehouse management system.
When you start in the Project Management Organization, you will be trained as a Project Manager in the QbD Project Management process.
From then on, you will manage your own projects and support your fellow project managers in the execution of their projects.
You will learn to manage different projects, each with its own challenges and scope, in support of a variety of clients.
